The Leadership Institute Headquarters is located at No. 13 Dandaura Road, Tudun Wada GRA Jos in Plateau State. The original building on the Institute site was originally the personal home of Prof Iyorwuese Hagher and his wife, Barrister Nancy Hagher. They decided to transform the building into an Institute for the training of new leaders.

The original building currently houses offices for the Institute. The main living room is being transformed into a Public Research Library consisting of several sections including a computer area and boardroom. The Institute is situated in a serene environment very conducive for learning.

In 2000 a large, fully air conditioned lecture hall with a seating capacity of 500 was added to the property, this is called the leaders’ theatre. This has been used extensively for workshops, seminars, and lectures. There is a large balcony overlooking the main hall. The hall can also be rented for private functions when available.

Construction is currently underway for a 2nd lecture hall, 5 classrooms and a bookstore (one building) and the expansion of the guest house.
